How To Earn BOS Medal
There are two official pathways through which a racer can earn the right to become a BOS Medal Champion.
BOS Medal Is Earned — Not Purchased
BOS Medal is the highest competitive achievement in Battle of Speed. It is not an in-game rank, it is not a purchasable item and it cannot be bought.
The title must be earned through official Battle of Speed competition.
Official Battle of Speed Event
Players may progress through the official event qualification stages.
Players who successfully complete all required stages of an eligible official event may be awarded the BOS Medal according to the event rules.
Stronghold Challenge
Qualified BOS Master players may challenge an existing BOS Medal Champion through the official Stronghold Challenge system.
BOS Master
Reach BOS Master rank in Battle of Speed first.
Official Top 100
Qualify within the Official Top 100 leaderboard to become eligible to challenge.
Defeat Representatives
Defeat all required BOS Master Representatives defending the Champion.
Defeat The Champion
Win the final BOS Medal Stronghold Battle.
BOS Master Is The Qualification
BOS Master is the highest in-game rank.
Reaching BOS Master does not automatically award a BOS Medal. The medal represents a separate competitive championship title that must still be won through official competition.
Challenge System
The BOS Medal is not given away. It must be taken through official competition.
The Road To The Champion
Who Can Challenge?
Only players who satisfy the official eligibility requirements may challenge a BOS Medal Champion.
Minimum Qualification
A challenger must first achieve BOS Master in Battle of Speed.
Official Top 100
Qualified BOS Master players within the Official Top 100 leaderboard may become eligible to challenge a current BOS Medal Champion.
The Stronghold
Before reaching the Champion, the challenger must defeat the required BOS Master Representatives defending the Champion's Stronghold.
Championship Result
New Champion
The challenger becomes the new official BOS Medal Champion.
Title Defended
The Champion successfully defends the BOS Medal and gains one additional Representative.
Challenge Frequency
Each BOS Medal Champion may receive a maximum of two Stronghold Challenges per month, subject to the official competition schedule and rules.
Stronghold System
The longer a Champion successfully defends the BOS Medal, the stronger their Stronghold becomes.
Build Your Stronghold
Every new BOS Medal Champion begins with 2 Representatives.
Each successful official Stronghold defense increases the Champion's defensive strength by +1 Representative.

The Stronghold continues to grow by one Representative for every additional successful defense.
Stronghold Battle Format
Stage 1 — Representative Battles
The challenger must defeat all required BOS Master Representatives defending the Champion's Stronghold. Representative battles are conducted using the official Best of 3 (BO3) format.
Stage 2 — BOS Medal Stronghold Battle
After defeating all required Representatives, the challenger advances to the final BOS Medal Stronghold Battle.

No. BOS Medal is a competitive championship title separate from the standard Battle of Speed in-game ranking system.
What is the highest in-game rank?
BOS Master is the highest in-game rank in Battle of Speed.
Can I buy a BOS Medal?
No. The BOS Medal cannot be purchased. It must be earned through official competition.
Does reaching BOS Master automatically give me a medal?
No. BOS Master is a qualification requirement for the Stronghold Challenge pathway. The BOS Medal must still be won through official competition.
Who can challenge a BOS Medal Champion?
Only players who satisfy the official eligibility requirements, including BOS Master status and the applicable Official Top 100 qualification, may challenge.
How many challenges can a Champion receive?
Each BOS Medal Champion may receive a maximum of two official Stronghold Challenges per month.

Can a fake medal be verified?
A medal that does not match an official BOS Medal Registry record should not be considered officially verified.
Are all Battle of Speed events eligible to award a medal?
No. Only officially sanctioned Battle of Speed events and challenges can award or transfer BOS Medal championship status.
